Our Service Department offers courteous service in an effort to
satisfy customer needs in a reasonable time period. Service is done
with respect to an individual customer’s situation and provides
timely processing of quotes, endorsements, applications and any
other service issues.
Many insurance companies consider a customer’s credit history and
insurance score in rating policies where allowed. The reason they do
this is because statistical studies show there is a correlation
between credit history and loss potential. These studies show that
clients with better insurance scores generally file fewer insurance
claims. Therefore, using insurance scores allows companies to
determine appropriate policy premiums as well as offer policies to a
larger number of people. Most customers benefit from lower premiums
when their insurance score is good.
