Can change the links above in the grey link bar to links appropriate for AGENTS

      I'm sure you have stuff you want agents in the field to be able to access,

      but may not want to give them the login for the STAFF area.

      You can have the same thing in both areas, it's a matter of coping the page to two different places instead of one
