History
The agency’s roots first began with William L. (Bill) Hall, a
captive agent for Missouri Farmers Association (MFA) in 1963. He
maintained an office on Shallowford Road in Chattanooga , TN. In
1968 Mr. Hall formed an independent agency known as Bill Hall &
Associates Insurance Inc. In 1972, the agency formed a working
relationship with Sam Chester & Associates Inc. until 1979 and was
located on Georgia Avenue in downtown Chattanooga. In 1979 Bill's
son, Morgan, joined the agency. The following year, the
relationship with SC&A was mutually dissolved, and Bill Hall &
Associates moved to the Hwy. 58 area and began operations. The
growth of the agency has caused the agency to move three times
within the Hwy. 58 area. In January 1998 the agency purchased the
building in which it is presently located and has experienced it’s
greatest growth since that time.
